ATTENDEE SHOWCASE SPONSOR



  • Registered EXPO attendees apply to perform by submitting a live video link, or uploading an audio track to either the EXPO website or your site. This event will be heavily promoted on ascap.com with your company listed as sponsor. Up to seven acts will be selected to perform two songs each for the EXPO audience. Included is on-site stage signage; your logo, url link and company description on web and logo on print materials, a full page ad in program; 5 passes to all EXPO events.

CONSIDERATION: $10,000




CONFERENCE REGISTRATION BAGS



  • Be on everyone's arm! The EXPO registration bag is a sturdy, attractive and high quality tote large enough to carry a laptop and is presented to registered attendees, VIPs and invited panelists. Referred to as the best bag ever received at an event and re-used it on a daily basis. Major branding for your company. Includes your logo, url link and company description on web and logo on print materials, a full page ad in program; 5 passes to all EXPO events.

CONSIDERATION: $10,000




THE ASCAP NETWORK STAGE



  • Sponsor the stage from which panelists and special guests will be recorded for viewing on ASCAP.com. Your logo can be printed on the "step and repeat" backdrop which will also be used for photo opps. The Stage is located in a prominent area amongst the exhibitor booths.

CONSIDERATION: $7,500




SPECIAL RECEPTION CO -SPONSOR / SPONSOR - OPTIONS INCLUDE:



  • Sponsor The Highlands stage where top writers give well-attended evening "Songwriters in the Round" performances. Your brand can be listed as a sponsor or co-sponsor of one or more of these performances in the program, on ascap.com and via signage.
  • The VIP Reception at The Highlands: ASCAP Board members, panelists and special guests gather for invitation-only cocktails and hors d'oeuvres prior to the Thursday evening "Songwriters In The Round" performances. Your company can supply logo'd napkins and will receive a "thank you" in a welcome address by a high ranking ASCAP executive.

CONSIDERATION: $5,000-$10,000




SCHEDULE SPONSOR



  • For the first time, the EXPO will utilize the robust schedule tool SCHED.org which gives the event a great online schedule, a fully functional mobile schedule (iphone, blackberry, palm pre), and allows members to have customized and group schedules and promote them on Facebook/Twitter. Your brand would be able to place branding and special messages into this tool for additional attendee integration.

SESSION SPONSOR



  • Your company can get involved with an already scheduled EXPO session, or - with ASCAP's approval we can create a new sponsored session. Either way, your brand can place signage and promo materials in the room and would be listed in the program guide as the sponsor.

MENTORING LUNCHEON SPONSOR



  • A group of registered EXPO attendees will participate in an exclusive networking lunch with panelists. Sponsor will be able to make a short presentation, give out a handout or goodie bag, and if appropriate participate in the mentoring/networking. Included is on-site stage signage; your logo, url link and company description on web; your name and logo included in promotion of this program and logo on print materials, a full page ad in program; 2 passes to all EXPO events.
