Exempt Positions — Exempt positions are salaried positions under the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for which no overtime is paid.

Area Licensing Manager, General Licensing, Field Locations

Non-Exempt Positions — Non-exempt positions are Hourly/Staff positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act for which ASCAP has to pay for overtime or allow for compensatory time-off.
